Highfield gained instructions early this year to sell Rushgrove House a 8,000sq.ft Grade ll listed property, which benefited from planning permission to convert the house into two luxury homes.  The site also benefited from planning permission to create a mews of 6 new build houses within the 3.84 acre grounds.  Following our marketing campaign the decision was made by our clients to retain the main house and accept the offer for the new build permission.  Terms were agreed and contracts exchanged within 10 working days.
