Highfield gained instructions to undertake a full and open market disposal. Terms were agreed within 14 days of our launch and contracts exchanged 10 working days thereafter. Completion took place according to the deadlines without any issues. We achieved well in excess of guide, leaving us with another very happy Vendor.
