Sold to an owner occupier with a mortgage within 10 working days.  The flat had potential to convert with internal alterations to a small 2 bedroom flat but the margins were too tight for local developers and builders.  Following a board enquiry from an end user, the site was agreed and exchanged within 10 working days.  They all count!!
