Acquired by Highfield only 4 months ago, we felt the opportunity was not being maximised.  Once we exchanged, we applied for a further unit, which was successful.  Then with our colleagues at McHughs we undertook a joint marketing campaign and the site received a huge amount of interest.  The site sold in the room 10% above guide and well above our client’s expectations.
