Exchanged, Stoke Newington!!!

On behalf of existing clients, Highfield were instructed to manage a full and open market disposal of 3 shops and upper parts on an unconditional basis on Stoke Newington High Street. The site had recently been refused planning permission for change of use to A3 and 9 residential units. We were inundated with interest not only to purchase the site but from triple A covenants wishing to pre-let the commercial aspect subject to gaining the necessary use class. This helped negotiations to create a favourable result for our clients and contracts were exchanged at £3,500,000.
