Located within metres of Highfield’s offices in central Cheshunt, this trading timber yard offered significant potential for redevelopment. Working closely with existing clients and the land owner, Highfield exchanged contracts on a subject to planning basis. We are looking forward to working with all parties on this application to provide much-needed quality local housing.
