On behalf of new clients, Highfield gained instructions following failed marketing attempts from two fellow agencies.  We teamed up with our colleagues at Allsops and jointly marketed the site as joint auctioneers.  On stock where the perfect buyers are owner-occupiers our experience told us this was the correct strategy for disposal and would focus the mind of old and new interest.  Terms were agreed and exchanged facilitated prior to auction 10% above our guide.
