On behalf of new clients, Highfield Investments advised our owners to meet with local architects to fully understand the redevelopment potential for this light industrial unit which was no longer fit for purpose. With the amount of transactions Highfield have sold recently in the Borough, we were approached by a local developer and agreed terms on an unconditional basis allowing for a delayed completion.
