Working on behalf of existing clients we were instructed to sell this trading investment let to Enterprise a 15 year lease which is currently producing £70,000pa. Included in the sale and lease were a large vacant 3 bedroom flat and to the rear parking for 80 vehicle, which Enterprise are currently utilising. We introduced the site to a number of potential investors and terms were exchanged.
