New build house scheme Sold in Burnham!
This one proved interesting. The option holder that submitted planning permission contacted Highfield through our social media. We valued the scheme and agreed to openly market the site once planning was secured. We had the perfect buyer a few weeks later and asked if we could introduce the site to this party off-market and subject to the validated consent. Terms were agreed and contracts exchanged but planning was then delayed. Extensions of both the seller’s option and our sale were required and are always sensitive. All parties worked together and compromises were required and the site completed shortly after consent was finally granted.
