Following Highfield approaching this site due to its obvious redevelopment potential Highfield worked with the land owner to filter through interested parties looking to secure an option agreement. The site is sensitive with a locally listed building and care required to engage with the correct planning specialist with the correct expertise to maximise the sites potential. All parties have worked closely together to agree palatable terms and we eventually agreed to take this forward on a promotion agreement. Highfield have insured our client has the best opportunity to gain consent and we will then bring this development to the open market once consent is granted.
