Highfield previously sold the adjoining site with consent between these same parties and a further opportunity became possible. We were called upon to negotiate a further agreement for adjoining land which will enable an application to be sought for two more dwellings. Terms were agreed and contracts were exchanged within 72 hours of the contract being received.
