New Office – Opening of a second branch
Highfield has opened a new head office on Loughton High Street, complementing our existing Hertfordshire branch and strengthening our presence in the region.
Lion Road – Exchanged!
Working on behalf of new clients, Highfield was recommended to the owner and subsequently gained instructions. Edmonton remains relatively untouched for new-build schemes due to lower capital values. We prepared resale schedules and gathered comparable evidence from neighbouring schemes, producing a comprehensive open-market disposal strategy. Terms were agreed and exchanged within six weeks, with completion scheduled for December.
Barnet High Street – Exchanged!
The site benefitted from consent to create a reduced commercial unit on the ground floor with three flats above, within this listed property on Barnet High Street. Following an open-market campaign, we received interest from local investors and developers. Interestingly, the eventual buyer was found using the oldest form of marketing — our classic “For Sale” board. The buyer also owns a neighbouring property with a similar profile, proving that even in today’s digital world, a simple board can still work wonders. Completion is scheduled for December, and we are grateful to our client for placing their trust in Highfield. We are actively seeking similar properties.
