Highfield gained instructions to dispose of this opportunity for new clients. The site benefitted from planning permission to create 5 residential units and one commercial unit. We undertook an open-market disposal with terms being agreed to a local developer. Contracts proved interesting but with patience and working closely with our clients, contracts have now been successfully exchanged.
