Highfield gained instructions local to our offices through direct marketing for this consented scheme. The two home owners worked together to gain consent for 2 houses on the rear of their gardens. The site was launched to our database and we received interest well above our expectations and used this to our clients advantage. The land owners were concerned who would be building at the bottom of the garden and we set up meetings with the three highest bidders to provide comfort.
