Working on behalf of new clients we gained instruction to openly market this small consented scheme for 2 units in North London.  Terms were agreed with a local developer but the legal process was a frustration for all parties. It took much of my 20 years’ experience to move this one forward but with patience and communication contracts have now exchanged. We look forward to seeing these units once constructed.
