Consented site for 9 houses sold in Romford!

Working on behalf of existing clients Highfield sourced this opportunity and exchanged unconditionally with a delayed completion for 12 months.  The seller had previously attempted to gain planning for a similar scheme without success and would only consider unconditional offers.  Working with our clients professional team we worked through the constraints that the sites presented to gain planning in a timely fashion.  Highfield needed to further negotiate the purchase of an adjoining house to utilise the garden for bin storage as well as negotiating with the owner of the access road. Following the resolution to grant planning Highfield openly marketed the property and received a high level of interest and multiple offers.  The site was sold within the SPV to a local developer. We are excited to see the nine houses once constructed.

From identification of the sites potential to being sold with planning permission this process took less than 12 months.
