Consented scheme exchanged in Farnham for 8 private units!



Highfield gained instructions following our vendor hearing my interview on ‘This Week In Property’ podcast which can be viewed via the link: https://lnkd.in/emQWQj3V

I am old school in many of my ways but this shows, even me the power of Social Media. Our client gained consent for 8 new build units in this sort after area. The site proved extremely popular resulting in multiple offers from mainly local developers. Terms were agreed and contracts are now exchanged.
