Working on behalf of new clients Highfield gained sole agency instructions to market this development for 3 houses in Deal in Kent. Highfield’s database is 37,000 strong but we took the view that we would use one of our mapping services to directly mailshot (by post) all developers within a reasonable distance to the site prior to open marketing. This proved successful and we negotiated terms within days of instructions. We needed to work with both parties through the legal process and contracts were exchanged with 3 weeks of agreement and the site has now completed.
