Kingsbury consented scheme for 6 houses – Sold!

Working on behalf of new clients this consent for 6 new family dwellings proved extremely popular with the local developers. Highfield undertook an open market disposal which resulted in multiple interest and offers.  The sale was not without its complications due to part of the gardens for the new homes being unregistered land.  Working closely with both solicitors a compromise was made and contracts completed. The incoming purchaser has now redesigned the consent and construction we understand will start soon to create 6 much needed family homes.
