Working on behalf of fixed charge receivers Highfield gained instructions to sell this consented scheme involving the restoration and conversion of a Grade II listed Barn dating back to 1566, and erection of 2 new build dwellings. The site is situated close to the Tottenham Hotspur training ground and proved popular but not straightforward due to the sites heritage.  Our eventual buyer was a specialist developer based in North London and we look forward to seeing this historic site turned into luxury homes.
