Working on behalf of existing clients Highfield gained instructions to sell this single storey office due to our clients retirement.  We launched the property to open market and terms were agreed within hours of our launch.  The site was purchased for possible longer term planning but will be utilised in the short term as an office.  The sale was exchanged within 10 working days and completed 2 weeks thereafter.  It was a pleasure working with Zoe again and we wish you the best in your retirement.
