Highfield gained instructions from new clients to dispose of this consented scheme for 6 flats.  Following an open market disposal we gained interest from a number of developers and terms were agreed.  The transaction was not straight forward due to a number of technical issues but we worked closely with all parties and their legal teams and contracts were exchanged and completed simultaneously.
